We had our wedding reception at Cottage Green on 6/12/26, and we couldn’t have asked for a more amazing experience. From the very beginning, the organization and attention to detail were incredible. The team was always quick to respond to any questions we had and made the entire planning process feel smooth and stress-free. The bartender was absolutely amazing, and the entire staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. A special thank you to Christine and Victoria they were truly wonderful throughout the whole process. If you are considering Cottage Green for your wedding or event, we highly recommend it. The servers and staff were very nice. My only suggestion is they put yellow tape on the steps inside the ballroom. My dad missed the step and fell but everyone was very helpful and we enjoyed our time there.

Just had our wedding reception here on May 30th and it was an absolutely amazing the venue, it was even more beautiful than we could imagine! Victoria was an absolute pleasure to work with from beginning to end - she answered every question we had & made sure the whole process ran smoothly. I hosted a baby shower here and this was our first event with these guys, but it definitely will NOT be our last. You guys really helped ease my mind and work load. Attended a baby shower here. Very unimpressed with the venue. -As we were setting up. Had a staff member in there vacuuming for the floor for 20 minutes yet table cloths and table skirts had visible stains on them, dirt and crumbs from previous events were on surfaces and counters -The ceiling tiles had huge brown water stains on them all throughout the room -Up until 10-15 minutes prior to the event officially starting they were giving tours of the venue with groups of people walking through our room taking videos and photos as we’re trying to finish setting up and guests are trickling in….this was unprofessional on the staffs part and in poor taste on the potential customers part (was the 360 video really necessary? like read the room) -Went to grab a drink from the bar and an invoice binder was sitting wide open on the bar with our hosts personal information (name, address, price paid, payment method, etc) sitting out for all guests to see -Bartender was rude -Rolls used for sandwiches and sliders were hard and stale -While I didn’t stay the entire time, the 2.5 hours I was there no waitstaff came around to make sure water carafes were filled or anything. I was not the host or the one footing the bill so take my opinion and observations with a grain of salt but if I was I would be less than thrilled. Overall I would not use this venue or consider it for future events.
